The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for all aspects of recruitment, talent acquisition program management, and designing Talent Acquisition best practices that can scale with our growing company. This key role s directly to the Chief People Officer and offers an excellent opportunity to shape the talent acquisition strategy and contribute to the company’s success. This role is a hybrid role at our Newton, MA office.

The kind of stuff you’ll be doing:

• Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies and programs to attract, assess, and hire top talent in alignment with the company’s growth objectives.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs, create job descriptions, and establish effective recruitment strategies for each position.
• Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and industry events.
• Conduct thorough screening and evaluation of candidates, including resume review, phone screenings, and in-person interviews, to identify the best fit for each role.
• Coordinate and manage the entire recruitment process, including interview scheduling, candidate communication, and reference checks.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Develop and maintain a network of industry professionals and passive candidates for future opportunities.
• Stay updated on market trends, recruitment best practices, and innovative sourcing techniques to continuously improve the talent acquisition process.
• Collaborate with the HR team to ensure seamless onboarding of new hires and effective integration into the company culture.
• Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics and provide regular s to management, highlighting key insights and recommending improvements to enhance the recruitment process.
• Assist in employer branding initiatives and talent marketing efforts to attract top talent and promote the company’s culture and values.
• Collaborate with external vendors, agencies, and recruitment platforms to optimize recruitment processes and drive cost efficiencies.

The kind of experience you will need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications in talent acquisition or HR will be a plus.
• Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• In-depth knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and best practices.
• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
• Experience recruiting for both technical and non-technical roles.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and build relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and external partners.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of integrity and confidentiality.
• Full proficiency in Microsoft Office365
