Paysafe Group Hiring for Talent Acquisition Administrator Job at London, England Full Time

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Administrator to join our Recruitment and HR team based in London. You will be responsible for all administrative duties related to the UK recruitment function and you will also have the opportunity to work on wider international or HR activities.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone keen and eager to gain broad, valuable experience within an in-house Recruitment and HR environment.

Responsibilities:

• Opening and managing vacancies through our HR tool (Successfactors)
• Working with hiring managers to build thorough job descriptions and creative job adverts
• Responding to candidate, agency and hiring manager queries in a timely manner
• Organisation of interviews (local and international) for both internal and external attendees
• Providing application and interview feedback to candidates
• Preparation for weekly recruitment review meetings
• Raising Purchase orders for recruitment related invoices
• Creation of contracts and offer letters
• Management of the new joiner background check process, ensuring all new joiners have successfully completed the process prior to joining Paysafe
• Liaising with IT to ensure correct IT equipment is ordered and ensuring onboarding tasks are created and underway
• Ensuring all necessary new joiner information is collected, stored and submitted to relevant stakeholders
• Onboarding of new joiners to our internal programmes (e.g. Get Started).
• Coordinating new joiners first day and ensuring they receive relevant information
• Management of Successfactors to ensure that all recruitment information is correct and up to date
• Creating accurate new joiner profiles on Successfactors prior to their start date
• Responsibility for accurate collection and upkeep of recruitment and HR data
• Ad hoc project and administrative support related to the in-house Recruitment and HR function
• Assisting with new joiner payroll information

Candidate Requirements

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. English is essential and another European language would be a bonus
• Excellent organisation and time management skills
• Strong relationship management skills; you are able to work with people across the business and across different locations
• Focused; able to work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
• Strong MS office skills including Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
• Quality focused with impeccable attention to detail
• Ability to deal with highly confidential subject matter with integrity and professionalism
• A team player, with strong interpersonal skills
• Creative mindset who can think outside the box, bring new ideas to the table and is not afraid to challenge the status-quo
• Experience in an administrative/team support style position would be a plus
