Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Payroll Executive to manage and process payroll operations accurately and on time. The candidate will ensure compliance with statutory regulations and handle end-to-end payroll activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing for employees
• Ensure timely and accurate salary disbursement
• Handle statutory compliance such as PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, etc.
• Maintain payroll records and employee data
• Coordinate with HR and Finance teams for payroll inputs
• Handle employee queries related to salary, deductions, and benefits
• Prepare payroll reports and MIS
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field
• 4–8 years of experience in payroll processing
• Strong knowledge of payroll software and MS Excel
• Good understanding of labor laws and statutory compliance
