Are you early in your payroll career and ready to gain hands‑on experience, learn from seasoned professionals, and make an immediate impact? Ornge is looking for a motivated and detail‑oriented Payroll Assistant who is eager to grow their skills, support a busy payroll function, and contribute meaningfully to a high‑performing Finance team. This role is a great fit for someone with their first‑level payroll certification (NPI) and 1–2 years of payroll experience who wants exposure to real‑world payroll processing, union and non‑union environments, reconciliations, benefits, and year‑end activities. You’ll work closely with our amazing Payroll Coordinator team, jump into live payroll cycles, and build a strong foundation for a long‑term payroll career.
