Job Description:

Duties of our wrap up team include shipping/receiving, reception/clerical, and other general tasks.

Overall Responsibilities:

The follow responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Printer maintenance – ability to change toner, rollers and maintain printers (can be a learned skill)
• Processing print jobs to include inspecting, assembling, logging, quality control and ing.
• Packaging and shipping assembled payroll packages according to delivery instructions.
• Maintaining accurate daily records of scheduled payrolls have run and have not been completed.
• Communication status of scheduled payrolls not run.
• Perform end of day ing to ensure all processed payrolls have successfully completed.
• Logging errors and trending analysis ing.
• Inspecting and signing for incoming deliveries and distributing mail.
• Monitoring previously shipped payrolls and investigate/resolve problems or delays.
• Answering main phone and directing incoming calls to the appropriate resource.
• Ability to work weekends and extended hours as requested during peak periods, quarter ends, and year end.

Required Skills:

• Proven organizational and time management skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to learn how to troubleshoot printing errors/printers etc.
• Highly reliable and dependable
• Ability to work with confidential information.

Required Experience:

• Knowledge of MS Office Suite (Windows)
• Exposure to working in a business setting a plus
• Previous fulfillment experience a plus
