Merchant Services – Account Executive
Responsibilities:

Looking for person who can work with eCommerce and brick and mortar merchants . This person must work well in fast paste and multitasking environment across different merchants and internal company projects .

Main tasks: Work with merchants to collect required documents and walk merchant through Merchant account underwriting and approval process . Pre & Post approval merchant support and other merchant related assignments . For right person this position might grow to manager position. Occasional travel to Industry trade shows.

Requirements:

– Experience with High Risk and Low Risk merchant services

– Understand how merchant services and credit card processing work

– Experience with Payment Gateways

– Experience with MacOS

– Good knowledge of Microsoft excel and other applications

– Able to conduct deep online search and analyze search results

– Must be well organized and follow through with merchants, team members and bank partners

– Must pay attention to details

– Multitasking skills

– Familiar with CRM systems: IRIS, Pipedrive and others

– Application Data Entry

Additional Skills:

– Understand merchant services underwriting process

– Previous experience in Banking and Payment space

– Experience working with Hemp / CBD, Nutra and other high risk merchants

– Experience with eCheck and ACH payment options

– Experience reviewing and approving Home Loan application

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,062.00 – $51,253.00 per year
