Payless Collision and Service Hiring for RV Rental Customer Care Rep at Anchorage, AK Full Time

We are a seasonal RV Rental operation that is open from May 16 – September 30.
We are a relatively smaller operation compared to Great Alaskan RV or ABC RV Rental.
We currently have 50 RVs in our fleet and we have 400+ bookings during our season.

We are looking for a Customer Service Rep that will also be a manager-in-training for the following season. This season you will work directly under a seasoned manager and our goal is to provide you with hands-on training this season so that next season you can manage the entire operation/business for us.

As a Customer Service Rep you will wear multiple hats and your duties will consist of:

• Managing the detail crew and ensuring that all RVs get detailed as per our standard
• Checking out renters upon their arrival, giving them an orientation of the RV, and completing a departure form before they leave
• Check-in renters upon their return, inspect the RV for damages and complete a return from
• Manage customer payments and deposits
• At times, respond to inquiries and questions from potential renters
• At times, send out rental quotes to potential renters
• Be on call at all times durning the season, in case the renter has a concern while on vacation
• If a renter is having technical issues during their vacation, coordinate with the maintenance team and help resolve the renter’s concern
• Responsible for maintaining the RV fleet and making sure that they are kept up mechanically and cosmetically
• Upselling items such as: camping chairs, firewood, BBQ grills, and coolers

Schedule Monday – Friday 9AM – 5 PM. You will have to come in on Saturdays and Sundays if there is a departure or return scheduled. If you cannot commit your summer to this, please do not apply. This will require a lot of your time and involvement.

Pay will be starting at $23-25/hr plus overtime. Strictly contigent on attendance and performance will also pay a bonus at the end of the season. Againg depending on your performance and the overall success of the season.

Automotive knowledge, experience with RV maintenance, and customer service skills will be a HUGE plus.
