Job Description: ing to the PayGroup Director of Sales, the GTO Account Manager for ANZ identifies sales opportunities to accelerate revenue growth, conducts demonstrations of the Astute Solution, and allocates prospective clients to one of Astute’ s product offerings -Software as a Service or the Astute Managed Payroll Service.
Specific to the GTO market sector, this key appointment will intimately know this market sector, and bring experience and networks to grow the Astute GTO presence in ANZ.
As part of the global Deel business, additional product sales opportunities in HRIS, Contractor and Employee of record and Global payroll allow multi-country focus across an exciting product portfolio.
Managing the entire sales cycle – prospecting, qualifying, product demo, through to finalization of the commercial agreement – the Account Manager for NZ works closely with the rest of the Astute team to convert demand into sales opportunities and Astute customers.
About You:
You’re a proven SaaS Sales professional capable of engaging in business and technical conversations with multiple levels within organizations.
You know the GTO/RTO sector and have experience in working with SME through to Enterprise sized businesses.
You are a critical thinker and have an in-depth understanding of the buyer’s journey and can lead a complex, multi-party sale in a highly consultative manner, deeply understanding their strategy and how Astute can be a critical component of that. You are used to uncovering pain points and building value in competitive situations, that convert through the sales cycle to above target performance.

· 4+ years selling SaaS solution preferably in workforce management.
· Experience in recruitment and/or the GTO/RTO market sector
· A track record of developing business leads and converting into profitable sales.
· Demonstrated ability to build relationships at all business levels and across multiple market sectors.
· Hunter mentality with solid Sales DNA and appetite for continual learning
· Desire to work for a fast-paced SaaS solutions company and take on increasing levels of responsibility.
