Regional HR Assistant
Full Time Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5.00pm
Location – Pharmacies across the Southeast and Head Office in Maidstone, Kent

We are currently seeking a Regional HR Assistant to provide full HR support and guidance to managers and staff across the Paydens Group. This is an exciting time for an individual with previous HR experience to join our team.

Covering pharmacies across the South East (Kent, London, Essex, Surrey and Sussex) you will be the first point of contact for staff and managers providing advice and guidance on a wide range of HR issues. You must be proactive in your approach with the ability to identify and deal with issues when they arise quickly and efficiently.

The role will include (but not limited to);

• Providing advice, guidance and support to managers and employees across the group
• Holding disciplinary, grievance and welfare meetings
• Supporting staff training
• Conducting interviews with potential candidates
• Visiting and supporting branches across the group
• Managing long term and short-term absence
• Assist the HR Department with projects

Your skills and experience will include;

• Previous HR experience
• Knowledge of Employment Law
• Excellent communication skills
• Able to build and maintain strong working relationships
• CIPD qualification ideal but not essential
• Ability to take ownership of tasks
• Full UK driving licence
