Paycom Payroll Llc Hiring for Talent Acquisition Strategy Partner Job at Oklahoma City, OK Full Time

The purpose of this role is to drive efficiency, bridge business gaps, and create solutions and standardization across the Talent Acquisition Department. As the Talent Acquisition Strategy Partner, your responsibility is developing strategies for processes by working directly with Talent Acquisition Leadership, carrying out their vision while supporting organizational goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for identifying a problem and working on strategies for the Talent Acquisition Department and putting those plans into action.
• Responsible for business process mapping to help map out workflow processes from start to finish to maintain consistency and help increase efficiency of team members across Talent Acquisition.
• Follow end-to-end recruitment process for hiring across assigned Paycom Departments, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience for external and internal applicants.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders as needed (Compliance, Onboarding, ATS Team, Marketing, Legal, OD, etc.).
• Responsible for recruiting and sourcing efforts in all areas as needed by the business.
• Maintain project tracker items and ensure that all relevant data is kept up to date (estimated completion date, approval source, assignments, status updates, etc.).
• Provide timely and accurate communication to Talent Acquisition Leaders about their critical/high level projects including status updates and completion notifications.
• Manage multiple, complex projects at one time while meeting deadlines, escalating issues or obstacles to Talent Acquisition Leaders if needed.
• Develop and maintain 3rd party partnerships (College, Agencies, Vendors, etc.).
• Utilize tools as needed (ATS, Confluence, JIRA, Vitality, etc.).
• Attend meetings representing Talent Acquisition Department and provide necessary updates to Leadership and/or Team.
• Maintain highly developed attention to details when working with communications, reports, contracts, etc.
• Act as primary resource to support all TA hands on recruiting and sourcing if needed.
• Super user of ATS and finding solutions, best practices, etc.
• Other projects as assigned.

MINIMUM BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Education/Certification:

• Bachelor Degree.

Experience:

• 3-5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience.
• In-depth experience with web-based systems and recruiting sources, including the internet, social media, referrals, events, networking, industry groups/associations, and job fairs.
• In-depth knowledge of state and federal employment laws applicable to the hiring of employees, including affirmative action and equal employment opportunity requirements.

• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Demonstrated effective written and oral communication skills.
• Proven experience in developing strong relationships in order to gain support and achieve results.
