Pay-Net Hiring for Customer Service Representative at Remote Full Time

Pay-Net is looking for a full-time CSR to join our growing team! We are a payroll service bureau based in San Diego, California serving small businesses and partners across the country. We’re looking for an expert customer service representative in a work-from-home position to assist our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and requests in emails and over the phone
• Process payrolls through our software daily
• Build rapport with clients and partners
• Troubleshoot and resolve client issues and concerns
• Assist and train customers with our online platform for payroll processing and employee data
• Other duties, as assigned

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
• Experience and/or training in payroll preferred
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Positive and professional demeanor
