Pavement Resources Hiring for Marketing/Social Media Coordinator Full Time

We have been in business for twenty years, have a good a good customer base, and are adding a Marketing/Social Media Coordinator to grow our company? This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being in charge and wants to help shape a growing company.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Coordinate and implement marketing communication projects with responsibilities that include public relations, advertising, and creating brand awareness.
• Connect and engage with our community through social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) and reputation management sites (Google My Business).
• Organize the preparation of proposals and presentations using marketing.
• Schedule and Coordinate Virtual and In-Person Meetings
• Filing and organizing documents
• Assist in marketing and promotional activities to gain new customer acquisitions and maintain existing customer retention.
• Collaborate with the sales team to drive the marketing and promotions of our clients by preparing and delivering promotional presentations.
• Develop diverse marketing and sales approaches and maintain relationships with potential consumers.
• Research the latest product trends and insights across campaigns and create new ideas to enhance the process.
• Assist the marketing and sales team by improving sales tactics by evaluating data and personalizing each approach to the consumer.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 2+ years’ experience creating content and managing social media for a consumer brand; startup experience a plus.
• Tangible experience monitoring social channel metrics: followers, engagement, CTRs, etc.
• Personal passion for social media and staying plugged into culture and trends.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Strong multi-tasking and time management skills to successfully manage multiple projects concurrently and meet tight deadlines.
• Computer proficiency required (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel)
• Strong power point skills
• Strong analytic skills, computer skills and knowledge of Excel i.e., v-lookup, pivot tables
• Ability to think creatively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 per year
