Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and/or outbound calls
- Follow various communication scripts to engage patients
- Speak slowly, clearly, and positively in all situations
- Identify and respond promptly to customer needs
- Maintain confidentiality
- Listen to others without interrupting
- Multi task to document and schedule appointments while speaking with the patient
- Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness
- Look for ways to improve quality and meet goals
- Potential omni-channel communication: email, live chat, review response
Preferred experience:
- Customer service
- Call center inbound and/or outbound
- Prior healthcare industry knowledge
- Sales experience
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must successfully pass criminal background check
- Basic computer skills
- Native speaker
