Talent Acquisition Manager

Paul Logistics has an immediate opportunity available for a Talent Acquisition Specialist in our corporate headquarters in Tulsa, Oklahoma.Due to the extensive growth and demand in our brokerage division, we are excited to add an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to the team.
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will source, cultivate, and screen candidates for open positions within the brokerage division. This individual will focus on filling active open requisitions and build a diverse pool of candidates and assist in expanding brokerage offices throughout the United States. Work closely with leadership team and recommends appropriate candidates to managers and corresponds with candidates.
Essential Functions

• Effectively screen employment candidates, providing hiring managers with a full summary of qualifications and background
• Use cost-effective recruiting and sourcing methods such as resumes searches, college recruiting, social media, networking, and employee referrals and various sources methods.
• Generate and maintain a diverse pool of qualified prospects to provide a qualified applicant flow to fill open positions. Create and sustain effective methods and processes to identify the most qualified candidates for open positions.
• Collaborates with the hiring manager stakeholders, and/or other human resource staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details.
• Assist with creation of job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
• Arranges interviews by coordinating candidate and hiring manager schedules; schedules interviews in person or video conference.
• Negotiates start date, employment offers with leadership approval
• Partner with other departments to drive the recruiting process through on-boarding
• Utilize analytics and other information sources in the forecasting of talent needs
• Advises candidates of benefits of working at Andrews Distributing, highlighting features that excite and are relevant to candidates.
• Performs other responsibilities and duties as needed
• Travel required, as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• 2 – 5 years recent experience in full life cycle recruiting experience
• Extensive interviewing and sourcing experience with a strong record of success utilizing social networking sites such as Linkedin and various sourcing platforms
• Knowledge of recruiting best practices, onboarding, and orientation processes.
• Understanding of how to source candidates, negotiate salaries, and determining qualified candidates.
• Experience managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process highly preferred.
• Advanced Communication and relationship building skills
• Strong Organizational and Detail Oriented Skills
• Ability to multi-task and work in an ever-changing environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $47,000.00 – $55,000.00 per year
