We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented accounting professional to join our Finance Team.

AS AN ACCOUNT MANAGER, YOU WILL:

• Supervise two offshore accounting resources
• Prepare accurate month-end journals, with full underlying supporting schedules
• Maintain and reconcile balance sheet accounts using external schedules
• Oversee operating costs by reconciling and processing AP on a timely basis
• Reconcile all cash accounts in the general ledger on a weekly basis
• Prepare monthly financial statements for parent company
• Review and approve the calculations and reconciliations of client account settlements related to ticket sales
• Serve as liaison to external tax accountants ensuring all filings are being made in a timely and accurate manner
• Support the external annual audit process
• Maintain client database to track settlements
• Reach out to clients regarding overdue invoices
• Ad hoc reporting and analytics as directed by the Accounting Manager.

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

• 
  Required: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance;
• 
  Required: Minimum of 3 years experience working as an accountant either in a corporate accounting setting or a public accounting firm;
• Preferred: Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel;
• Preferred: Experience with NetSuite.
