We are looking for an experienced and energetic Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of sales experience, ideally with a background in support services, sales marketing, or within an agency setting. This role requires a strategic thinker with a knack for identifying opportunities and the drive to see initiatives through to completion. With a focus on the offering of customer service and support for clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities with mid to enterprise-level clients.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal.
• Unearth new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long-term partnerships.
• Present Teamified to potential clients through direct communication, face-to-face meetings, networking events, and emails.
• Provide customers with a comprehensive introduction to the platform and services, tailoring solutions to meet their specific needs.
• Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and increase market presence.
• Stay up-to-date with new features and product launches and ensure clients receive continuous support and updates.
• Be open to self-promotion on platforms such as linkedin and willing to network, attend events, create content to drive personal and business brand.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Executive, or relevant role in sales.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales, particularly in support services, with sales marketing or agency background highly advantageous.
• Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
• Market knowledge and experience in the remote work sector preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally.
• BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales, or relevant field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a startup or high-growth environment.
• Knowledge of remote staffing, outsourcing, and consultancy services.
