This position will provide support and recruitment for our Family Preservation Services of Virginia agency. We are looking for an individual that will develop and implement staffing strategies including: development of sourcing approaches, university recruitment programs, and company branding. This person will be experienced with Social Media Recruiting, Job Boards, and working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), and able to handle high volume.
Qualifications:

• Preferred: 5 years of recruiting corporate level positions; 3 years of recruiting/ talent acquisition for Behavioral/Social Service Organization
• Associate’s Degree with an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
• Travel required

What you will be doing:In this recruitment role, you will work independently for Virginia, but as part of a close supportive national recruiting team. This position works remote but must be located in the SW Virginia area.

• Develops and maintains strong working relationships with hiring managers and leadership. Confers with hiring managers regularly to identify personnel needs, assist with interview scheduling and references, upcoming sourcing assignments, and aid in business planning.
• Experience utilizing social media and online sourcing to identify and recruit qualified candidates.
• Create and foster relationships with colleges and diverse professional organizations to attract and recruit alumni and diversity candidates. Attend job fairs and related recruitment conferences.
• Review candidate resumes and credentials, and respond with professional and respectful courtesy, realizing that you are the initial contact for Pathways.
• Develop and maintain spreadsheets to provide leadership oversight on recruitment metrics and target goals.
