Pathways is seeking a dynamic and collaborative individual to join our team as a Recruiting Support Specialist. Reporting to the National Recruiting Manager, this position will be the point person for ATS and Recruiting Technology Administration. We need a problem solver, independent thinker, dependable, energetic, and tech-savvy teammate with lots of ideas! This is a fast-paced position that oversees all recruiting-related technology that makes the overall Pathways recruiting strategy a success. Does the following apply to you?
- Associates Degree
- 2-4 years as an ATS Administrator
- Tech Savvy
- Recruiting experience is a bonus and a great foundation for this role
- Fully remote with flexible work schedule
