Originally founded in London in 2015, we are a new kind of property management company and a full-service operation, created specifically to give homeowners the ability to maximise their short-term rental income without any hassle. In summary, we list and manage properties on short-letting sites like Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO and Homelike, as well as our own Pass The Keys booking platform.

General description of the job and responsibilities: *

Reconciliation

• Reconcile incoming payments and expenses in accounting software
• Reconcile booking transactions to ensure all expected payments are received from Booking.com
• Review internal employee spending and allocate to accounts with correct tax rates

Process refunds

• Process refunds for MultiPlatform bookings
• Process Host deposit refunds

Maintaining reports

• Support in creating Payment summaries for Franchisees
• Creating and setting up new Franchisees with individual summaries
• Producing a report for monthly Manual booking reconciliation using Google sheets

Credit Control

• Manage uncollected invoices using spreadsheets and Direct Debit provider – GoCardless
• Manage client’s Direct Debits in GoCardless

General support

• Attend weekly finance meetings
• Provide general support to Clients and Employees
• Develop in-depth knowledge of organisational products and process
• Support the Senior Finance Associate and Senior Leadership Team with projects/tasks when required

Requirements

• Fluent English language (verbal and written)
• Bachelor or Master’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Previous finance experience is preferred
• A Tech-savvy individual with a passion for Finance
• Proficient with Excel / Google sheets
• Presenting mathematical and logical thinking
• Preferred experience with Xero (or other accounting software)

Individual to work Monday-Friday UK times (09:00 – 18:00 or 9:30-18:30)Benefits

Salary: £20,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
