This important role will oversee the day-to-day operations of our event rental company as it relates to logistics, warehouse management and inventory control.

Operational Job Duties-

• Operate with a High level of Customer Service
• Consistently Strive for 5 Star Reviews
• Mindful to Control Costs
• Identify and Implement KPI’s
• Create/Improve Operational Systems (SOP’s)
• Oversee Warehouse Operations Team
• Oversee Delivery/Pickup and Logistics Team
• Oversee and Manage Inventory using Management Software (Goodshuffle Pro)
• Coordinate Photography of Inventory as needed
• Conduct Reviews for Direct s
• Recruit and Train New Hires for Delivery and Warehouse Crews
• Potential to be On-Site for Large-Scale Events
• Other Operational Duties as assigned

Logistics Job Duties-

• Plan Routes to Ensure On-Time Deliveries
• Create Crew Schedules within Budget
• Communicate Schedule to Clients
• Organize Event Pull Sheets for Crews
• Handle Delivery Crew issues
• Implement Systems to Minimize Damage/Missing Items

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
