Parts Distribution Xpress Hiring for Key Account Manager Full Time

A national logistics company is currently looking for a Key Account Manager in its auto part division to support several clients in the Portland, Oregon area. This role will serve as the face of the company, as the liaison to our clients.

Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Coordinates schedules, independent contractor drivers, and route planning
• Recruit and mentor drivers to meet the needs of the clients
• Maintain contact with client on regular basis to address needs
• Daily record keeping

The ideal candidate should have the following qualities:

• Excellent customer service skills with a can-do attitude, “never say no to the customer!”
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment that is ever changing
• Must be reliable and responsible with great communication skills
• Organized
• Proficient in MS Office (specifically Outlook and Excel)
• Must be a self-starter with willingness to learn
• 1-3 years experience in the logistics or automotive industry (preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 – $47,000.00 per year
