Partnerships Dentists Hiring for Professional Dentist/Dental Recruiter Full Time

Partnerships for Dentists is searching for an experienced Professional Dentist/Dental Recruiter to join our fast-growing company. Our candidate who will be successful in this role will be an independent, creative thinker, time manager, and manage full cycle recruiting. This candidate should be detail-oriented, multi-tasker, and willing to learn and work as a team.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Leads & manages the full life cycle recruiting process to meet the various staffing goals across all levels of the organization.
• Partners with hiring managers and interview teams to ensure job requirements and expectations are clearly understood and candidates are assessed against appropriate criteria.
• Maintains regular follow up with respective hiring managers and candidates to ensure timelessness of the recruitment process to meet goals and objectives.
• Develops and implements strategic recruiting initiatives based on best practices for recruiting diverse talent in a multi-location organization.
• Develops and maintains professional relationships with Dentistry colleges to routinely conduct university recruitment and career fairs. Implement strategies to attract passive job seekers including job boards, online searches and techniques, social media, networking, and employee referral campaigns.
• Build a pipeline of highly qualified talent and bench for current and future openings to achieve succession planning through proactive and strategic hiring practices.
• Represents the Partnerships for Dentists brand and promotes the company’s culture and core values throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant work experience is required.
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Strong negotiation expertise
• Adept at critical and independent thinking
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft applications including manipulation and analysis of data via Excel
• Time management and organization skills
• Ability to analyze situations, determine points of relevance and proper course of actions.
• Agility and flexibility towards changing priorities.
• Experienced sourcing dentists
• In depth knowledge of using Indeed, Dental Post and other job sites.
