We are currently searching for a Finance and Accounting Recruiter to join our growing team! We are looking for driven, “out of the box” thinkers who will be able to exceed the expectations of our clients and candidates. We provide our professionals with the resources and training to be successful. We are looking for committed revenue drivers who will focus on identifying and cultivating healthy relationships with potential F&A candidates and prospects to expand our company’s footprint!

A minimum of 2+ years of recruiting or staffing sales experience preferred. Excellent listening, interpersonal and negotiation skills are a must. Persuasive personality, consummate professional, tenacious, integrity, a strong commitment to achieve success, the ability to build and maintain a vast network of professional relationships over a long period of time, and strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills are necessary to be successful in this position.

We offer a competitive salary and top commission plan from dollar 1 with no thresholds! We also offer bonuses, profit sharing after 1 year, health care/dental/vision, accident and more!
