The duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
a) Confirm appointments & greet clients.
b) Maintenance of office supplies.
c) Booking of rental, preparation rental forms, managing payments
d) Assist with typing draft letters and other document
e) Manage paperwork flow
f) Answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents, including office correspondence and messages
g) Basic maintenance of office facilities and equipment
h) Performing other relevant duties when needed
i) Job requires impeccable English in writing and speaking
Part-time hours: 30-40 per week
