About the Opportunity
The owners have a strong vision of growing their company globally and to achieve this vision, they are actively seeking a Global CEO who will be based in Australia, where their brand roots lie. They see tremendous potential in expanding their presence in the market, and are confident that with the right leadership, they will achieve incredible results.
The Global CEO will lead, direct, oversee and manage the company’s entities in keeping with the vision and mission of the Directors. With growth in mind, the CEO will continue to improve upon the existing processes, objectives and the business in current locations whilst also setting and executing strategic plans that enable the business to continue to expand into new locations across the Americas and Europe. The CEO will keep the business, and the team, true to the Cultural Principals and will lead with innovation, creativity, respect and integrity at all times.
The CEO will partner with the Directors to set long-term strategic goals that align with the ambitions of the business, whilst also having the commercial acumen to break down a roadmap into realistic and actionable goals. This pivotal role will hold responsibilities across several key areas including financial and operational performance, strategy planning and delivery, sales and marketing, people, innovation and learning and most importantly, leadership.
Due to the footprint of the business, and the longer-term goals, the Global CEO will be expected to travel to America approximately once per quarter. In addition, travel to other locations across Australia will be required.
