About the role

This position is responsible for technical leadership and tasks required to develop, maintain, and operate enterprise technical platforms and management systems in conjunction with projects, business stakeholders and suppliers.

The main priority of this position is to develop a full lifecycle management approach in the delivery and support of the infrastructure platforms, achieving exceptional customer service whilst developing and maintaining appropriate relationships with internal and external stakeholders. This position spans multiple platforms and projects; providing technical governance including alignment to strategy and business outcomes.

About the person

The successful candidate should have 5+ years relevant experience including at least 3 years in a highly technical role leading a team, including recent experience in Cloud Technologies and related migrations, and related cybersecurity concerns.

It would be preferred but not essential for applicants to have:

• Systems Administration skills in current Windows Server platforms
• Experience in managing data protection of cirical business data using commercial backup software
• Advanced problem solving and decision-making ability, including confidence in working with leaders, direct reports, and peers to resolve high priority, and often sensitive and complex issues and conflict.
