As a trusted Advisor of the Talent Acquisition Team and a key member of the PC&W Advice & Services Team, you will be focused on the implementation and development of effective tools and methods, including online recruitment tools to assist Managers with effective and efficient recruitment.

The role would see you;
You will have the support of a high-performing PC&W team who are equally as passionate about delivering specialist advice, technical and management support to a dynamic organisation.

The successful candidate will support the Talent Acquisition Team Leader in the continues improvement of talent acquisition processes and procedures
