In this role you will be reporting to the Talent Acquisition Team Leader and contributing across Council as a member of a dynamic People and Culture (P&C) Team.
This position is responsible for the provision of recruitment support across Council and supporting the design, development, delivery and continuous improvement of Talent Acquisition related services including policies, procedures, forms and tools to support managers and employees across the business.
As a trusted advisor of the Talent Acquisition Team and a key member of the P&C Advise and Services Team, the successful candidate will be focused on the implementation and development of effective tools and methods, including online recruitment tools to assist Managers with effective and efficient recruitment.
About the Role
Recruitment is cyclical and in this role, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to become the subject matter expert across end to end recruitment for Council.
