The People, Culture & Workplace Division comprises multi-disciplinary professionals who partner with business leaders and provide a broad range of quality strategic and operational People & Culture advice, consulting and services that build management capability in attracting, retaining and motivating their workforce.
About the role
This position is a full time temporary 6 month opportunity to join the Organisational Development & Capability team within CoP’s People, Culture & Workplace Division.
In this role you will be reporting directly to the Organisational Development & Capability Manager and contributing as a member of our dynamic and high performing OD&C team.
You will actively own and be responsible for a portfolio of programs and activities which will include scoping, research, analysis, design, delivery, facilitation and evaluation of these initiatives. You will partner and consult with the broader organisation and with the P&C Business Partners for all initiatives you own.
About You
To be successful, you will be degree qualified, or working towards this, in Adult Education or similar. You will bring at least 5-10 years’ experience in an L&OD function and can demonstrate your skills in designing, delivering and implementing initiatives across Learning and Organisational Development whilst ensuring you bring the organisation and your P&C team on the journey.
Ideally, you will have a strong experience with conducting learning needs analysis and the instructional design and facilitation of blended learning across a variety of core and soft skills for both white and blue collar audiences.
Additionally, you can demonstrate your excellent communication skills with stakeholders, both internal and external and at all levels of our organisation

We are offering an attractive salary of $129,164 (including 10% super).
