About the Role:

Accepting and/or returning calls and emails, providing timely, friendly, and informative information
Performing reminder calls and/or emails, ensuring each client’s file is complete/prepared for their service according to clinic protocols
Using a web-based Practice Management System (Jane), and other web-based applications, to manage staff and client information
Monitoring inventory such as office supplies, electronic report inventories, testing booklets, etc. and advising management staff
Assisting with scheduling individual and large-scale school or community appointments
Assisting with planning of travel for staff, including arragements (hotels, car rentals, flights, etc), and complex client scheduling
Monitoring of client files for accuracy and completeness
Liaising between clinic and community partners with discretion and professionalism
Adhering to policy and procedures
Other administrative duties as required

Requirements/Assets:

At least 6 months’ experience at a healthcare, educational or other client-focused agency
Knowledge of educational and/or healthcare terminology is an asset
Experienced with using a web-based Practice Management System is highly valuable
Innovative thinker with strong conceptual, planning and organizational abilities
Keen attention to detail with the ability to multi-task
Ability to use discretion while working with sensitive information
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong work ethic, professionalism, and reliability

Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

Salary: From $21.00 per hour
