My client based near Hook are looking for an experienced, CIPD level 5 qualified, HR Manager to join them. This is a people focused, operational role managing 2 team members. Hybrid working offered. Great Opportunity!!!

You will be providing generalist HR support across a diverse range of stakeholders, this is a hands-on role and will be assisting with transactional HR operations.

As HR Manager you will also facilitate the delivery of strategic objectives as directed and defined in the HR strategy set.

Additionally ad hoc HR projects must be completed to enable the organisation to meet its overall business objectives and to drive improvements to the service offered by the HR team.

As HR Manager you will also manage the Facilities team and so will require an oversight of office management and Health and Safety.
