We provide legal case intake services for leading mass tort and injury attorneys throughout the country. When a consumer has been injured or harmed because of a dangerous medical product or consumer product they reach out to an attorney for help.

We are looking for a Legal Intake Specialist who is passionate about helping others while advancing their career using exceptional sales abilities. It requires the right combination of empathy, phone sales abilities, and investigative skills. Often the first point of contact, the Intake Specialist plays a vital role in determining the client’s satisfaction.

Job Requirements:

• Use empathy and compassion to put callers at ease
• At least 2-year of call center experience
• Conveys confidence on the phone
• Treats the last call on Friday with the same care and compassion as Monday morning
• Ability to build rapport with potential new clients
• Controls the pace and direction of the call
• Enthusiastic about helping others
• Desire to learn about different case types and medical conditions
