About the role
As the Talent Acquisition Project Coordinator, you will work alongside the Manager Talent Acquisition to provide the framework and guidance for recruitment and selection programs of work within Parks Victoria, including seasonal employment programs such as Project Firefighters (PFF). You will liaise with senior managers, managers, employees and external agencies such as the Department of Environment, Land, Water and Planning (DELWP) to ensure that the recruitment processes run smoothly and identify opportunities to further streamline our recruitment and onboarding processes, implementing efficient and user friendly practices where possible.
In this role you will provide the regions with strategic advice and facilitate the training for Fire and Emergency management staff to ensure a consistent state-wide approach. You will coordinate the end to end recruitment process of seasonal staff including developing fit for purpose attraction methods, interviewing techniques and question development based on behavioural and cultural fit.
