The Role

As a Front Desk Agent, you’re not just handing out room keys – you’re creating memories for our guests. From warm welcomes to efficient check-outs, you’ll be instrumental in making sure every detail of a guest’s stay is perfect.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome guests with a smile that sets the tone for their stay – friendly, relaxed, and inviting.
• Assist guests with information about local hotspots, hidden gems, and hotel services.
• Manage room reservations, modifications, and cancellations.
• Turn challenges into opportunities, resolving guest issues with patience and a can-do attitude.
• Collaborate with the behind-the-scenes team to ensure guest requests are met.
• Contribute your valuable insights in team meetings and daily huddles to elevate our service game.
