Job Summary

We are currently seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as a Sourcing Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting various sourcing projects and assigned commodities. Utilizing best practices, procurement tools, and negotiation skills, you will contribute to the successful execution of contracts and implementation of supplier reviews. The Sourcing Specialist will actively collaborate to identify opportunities for process, sourcing, and contract improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and source potential suppliers, assisting with bid evaluations, cost analyses, price justifications, and risk assessments.
• Support supplier negotiations for new procurements or changes to existing purchase orders.
• Prepare purchase orders and agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Coordinate and participate in supplier meetings to foster effective communication and collaboration.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Previous exposure to supply chain concepts, methodologies, and manufacturing through internships or training programs.
• Analytical and technical skills to understand business practices and identify areas for automation.
• Proficiency in computer skills, including electronic processing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with internal and external stakeholders.
