Parke Lane People Hiring for AR MANAGER Job at Oxford, England Full Time

Our client is well-established, international business located in the Oxford area.

They have a new 6 month contract requirement in their Accounts team for an

AR/Revenue Manager.

Reporting into the Head of Finance, typical responsibilities will be to:

• Manage and develop the Revenue Team in supporting multiple entities

and jurisdictions.

• Review, document, streamline and standardise processes.
• Drive continuous improvements.
• Oversee and monitor the end to end customer journey finance processes

and revenue activities are adhered to (revenue recognition, bad debt

provision, accounting for cash, etc.)

• Liaise and assist with internal and external auditors.
• Maintain KPIs to manage and report on the performance of the Revenue

performance culture within the team.

Candidates that apply must have previous AR/Revenue experience to a supervisory

level, ideally within an international business. You should be confident leading a

small team, organised, with good attention to detail, analytically minded and

possess good systems skills, in particular Excel.

On offer is a salary of 40-50k (depending on experience), plus decent benefits as

well as hybrid working and the possibility of the role becoming permanent.
