Parkdean Resorts Hiring for Talent Acquisition – People Coordinator – HR1 Job at Windermere, England Full Time

Purpose of the role: To attract candidates and co-ordinate seasonal team member recruitment, onboarding, and induction with a key goal to:

Recruit the right levels of Team Members for business needs

Full responsibility for all new team joining to ensure they have a first-class induction, starting with their first day.

Talent Attraction

• Generate and manage leads effectively by building local attraction campaigns for volume recruitment
• Be focused on creating attraction plans to ensure Parkdean Resorts stand out from the crowd, showcasing PDR Employee Value Proposition
• Create rich, local, story-led content for social media, taking engaging pictures of people on park & promoting people culture, successes, community charity work to build park reputation and attract better quality hires
• Effectively utilise job boards, external social media channels and local attraction methods to attract quality candidates using brand guidance, posting a minimum of 5 times a week (1 a day) on social media
• Utilise Indeed CV Database on needs basis to proactively source candidates
• Ensure all job adverts, social media graphics and other attraction collateral are in line with brand standards
• Posting weekly in local Facebook groups.

Recruitment

• Liaise with Heads of Departments (HOD) on a weekly basis on the departmental recruitment needs to effectively attract & recruit required team member levels
• Co-ordinate recruitment events on park and in the local area, build effective community links and relationships
• Build & maintain relationship with local Jobcentre Plus
• Ensure all recruitment materials are fit for purpose and aligned to the business needs & values as well as using brand approved material
• First line queries from candidates and Hiring Managers to ensure an excellent candidate experience which includes managing expectations of all stakeholders with information relating to interviews, arrangements, outcomes, and next steps
• To create a strong candidate pipeline to ensure any vacancies can be quickly recruited with quality candidates
• Utilising Dayforce (ATS & HR System) to ensure candidate notes are kept fully up to date for candidate interactions with the People Coordinator
• Ensure all open requisitions on Dayforce are advertised accordingly & the job listings managed
• Screen & contact all candidates within 24 hours of applying
• Arrange interviews
• Ensure candidates are greeted & welcomed for interview
