As a people coordinator and part of our internal recruitment team, you will be based at one of our amazing holiday parks. You will work on a variety of candidate experience based activities that start with initial attraction right up to the end of our new recruits first month in their role.

You will coordinate all aspects of our seasonal recruitment campaigns for roles such as chefs, food & beverage teams, housekeeping, sports and leisure and more. You will be writing adverts, screening candidates, facilitating open days, arranging interviews, making offers and ensuring that candidates have the best possible experience when they arrive on park either for interviews or their first day.

Although recruitment makes up a big part of this role, you will also be responsible for supporting our Talent Development team to ensure all new seasonal team members have a first class induction. You will be involved with arranging inductions materials, co-ordinating and running our virtual induction programmes, meeting our recruits on their first day and generally supporting the Park Leadership team to deliver an amazing experience for our new recruits.
