An exciting opportunity for an experienced Digital Marketer to work within the UK holiday industry as part of a driven and friendly Marketing Team. Working in a modern, purpose-built office located on a growing development on the outskirts of Bexhill.

It’s a great time to join the marketing team at Park Holidays as you’ll be involved in a significant digital transformation project, helping to shape the future of our marketing and our customer journeys.

We’re looking for someone with experience of CRM and email automation tools, who has an eye for detail and can pull meaningful insights from large pools of data. You’ll be familiar with analytics, able to create complex multi-channel marketing automations and report on their performance. If this sounds like you, then please get in touch.

Reporting:
This role will report directly to the Head of Digital Marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage our customer lists, automated customer journeys, marketing segments.
• Ensure that we adhere to email relevant rules and regulations, including The GDPR and our own data retention policy.
• Oversee the marketing email platform and manage the relationship with the system provider.
• Report on email performance, share insights and advocate best practice in email design and deliverability.

Skills and qualifications

• Experience with email marketing platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics Marketing
• Knowledge of email best practices and the ability to implement those into HTML code or templates.
• Excel skills for data extraction and cleaning.
• The ability to work to deadlines and prioritise.
