• A Missouri Substitute Certificate, which can be obtained by completing an application through the Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education at www.dese.mo.gov.

In this rewarding role, you will provide vital support to our Title 1 programs, working one-on-one and in small groups with students who need additional assistance. Key Responsibilities

• Assist licensed teachers by reinforcing lessons with patience and creativity
• Implement targeted interventions and differentiated instruction to meet diverse learning needs
• Create an enriching, safe, and inclusive environment where every student feels supported
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers to refine educational plans
• Build strong relationships with students, families, and the school community

• Missouri Substitute Certificate
• Experience working with elementary/middle school students in an educational setting
