We are seeking a Site Administrator to work on the LNG Canada site in Kitimat, BC for a minimum of twelve (12) months. While local applicants are preferred, fly-in/fly-out with camp accommodation is available. Local applicants will be required to work 8 hours, Monday to Friday. Fly-in/fly-out applicants will be required to work a 14 & 7 schedule. Salary commensurate with experience, but ranging from $30-$35/hour.

Anticipated start date of October 25, 2023.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Enter daily timesheets into the database and create electronic LEMs (labor, equipment, material) daily and forward to the Project Manager/Foreman/Client, ensuring accuracy and consistency
• Enter LEMs into client billing systems
• Create a LEM summary and invoicing package as per an established schedule
• Actively engage with Foremen and Project Managers to ensure that all billable invoices are received and included on the LEMs
• Answer any client questions regarding LEMs/billings if required
• Assist with coordination of employee site mobilization and/or activation of new hires
• Provide Contract Coordinator and client(s) with required s on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
• Facilitate Site Manager duties and other operational functions
• Facilitate coordination of camp bookings and travel arrangements
• Maintain training documentation and matrix for on-site employees

Requirements

• 2+ years of industry-related experience
• Minimum Grade 12 education (related administrative support certificate considered an asset)
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
