About the role
The recruitment consultant/Key account manager will primarily be responsible for recruitment delivery to one of our key UK accounts. The role will include but not be limited to:
– Advertising, screening and headhunting for suitable candidates to meet client requirements.
– End to end management of the recruitment life cycle both from a client and candidate perspective.
– Attend regular client meetings, dealing with individuals at a senior level.
– Developing innovative and creative candidate attraction strategies to ensure continuous improvement in our client delivery.
– Being flexible to be involved in adhoc projects in other areas of Pareto People’s UK operations i.e. Assessment & Development programs.
Competencies and Skills
– Excellent English and overall communication skills (written & verbal)
– Good administration & problem solving skills
– The ability to work independently with limited direct supervision.
– Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
Experience requirements
– A minimum of 3 years recruitment experience (Agency or inhouse) either as a consultant or a resourcer.
– Experience headhunting as well as searching through trinational channels for candidates is preferred.
– Experience managing or working on a RPO model is preferred.
– Experience in the IT, consultancy or public sectors
Extras
Candidates based in the South West will be preferred.
Expected Start Date: 01/09/2021

Salary: £28,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
