Role

This role is a great opportunity to join an enthusiastic team dedicated to providing excellent customer service at our Client Support Centre. The successful individual will be expected to satisfy client expectations and make a meaningful contribution to the client’s overall experience. We are looking for someone who is very confident and passionate about making a difference.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Answer a high volume of client questions and concerns regarding pardon, waiver or destruction applications
• Ability to make quality notes regarding client interactions
• A quick learner able adapt to changes in legislation and effectively communicate those changes to clients
• Work collaboratively with all other team members to ensure quality of information provided to clients
• Handle client complaints in a respectful and professional manner

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED)
• Customer Service Experience – Minimum 5 years of experience

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $40,000.00 per year
