Recruitment & Mobilisation Administrator

PARC Engineering are specialists in Structural, Mechanical, Piping, Electrical and Instrumentation projects. We provide technical services to the Australian energy and resources sector with specific experience in the Minerals and Mining, Oil and Gas, Infrastructure and Power Generation Industries.

Due to recent project announcements and immediate recruitment requirements, we are currently seeking an experienced Recruitment & Mobilisation Administrator to join our growing team. This position is casual, with the possibility of a long-term position for the right candidate. This is a Monday to Friday role (7:30am – 4:30pm) at our O’Connor office in Perth.

To be considered for this role you must have the following skills, qualifications, experience and attributes:

• Minimum of 2 years Recruitment & Mobilisation experience
• Blue Collar recruitment experience (Trades/Shutdowns/Projects)
• Proficient in managing the full recruitment cycle “end to end” Recruitment & Mobilisation processes
• Job Advertising, Applicant Screening, Reference checks, Interviews
• Experience servicing clients within the resources and mining sector
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Can-do attitude – Solutions Focused
• Proficient in MS Office systems (Word, Excel)
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills

Duties Include:

• Providing administrative support within the HR and Recruitment team
• Creating and maintaining employee profiles
• Booking pre-employment medicals and interview scheduling
• Coordinating employees for upcoming projects
• Mobilisation coordination
• Reference checking
