This role reports to the VP HR Strategy & Planning Paramount Int’l Networks.

Mainly responsibilities in this role include :
Work closely with the International Finance COE to ensure a central alignment between HR and Finance

Implement Global Centralized Staff cost planning model across Paramount International Networks

Support in all aspects of Human Resources as it relates to data requests, including but not limited to data availability, feasibility of requests, ad-hoc reports, and technical support within internal systems.

Oversee Transition planning and implementation strategy, combining people and finance strategy

Oversee audit data requests from a central HR perspective and coordinate with the clusters

Be a partner to the cluster Strategy & Planning leads, ensuring that cluster and International planning goals are aligned

Support the VP HR Strategy & Planning with forecast calculations regarding organizational changes

Compile, and analyze HR data, metrics, statistics and reporting on HR processes and data.

Build strong partnership with cluster HR Strategy & Planning leads and be seen as the subject matter expert in planning related matters.

Ensure the highest level of accuracy for data entered in the HR data systems to ensure successful data audits and global processes

Collect data and analyze to improve business operations across Paramount International Networks.

That’s why we want you to have :
Multinational company experience is a plus 8+ years HR/Finance experience, preferably in a related field / industry.

Highly analytical profile and strong orientation to detail & accuracy

Extensive knowledge of staff cost planning

Finance background is a plus

Ability to translate business goals into HR matters

Ability to translated numbers and KPI into criteria for decision making

Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Excellent planning and organizational ability.

Flexible attitude with proactive / self-motivating approach.

Strong team player and able to manage internal / external stakeholders.

Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills required

Fluent in English
