As an Entry Level Customer Service Representative:
You will undergo training to effectively interact with customers, address inquiries, and resolve issues, all while maintaining a professional image in both our office and client environments.

- Resolving customer issues with efficiency
- Representing our clients in a friendly and honest manner
- Performing other related duties as assigned
The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team
- Customer service experience is a plus but not required
