President George Bush Fwy, 75075.

The Nursing Talent Acquisition Specialist assists the the Talent Acquisition team with all duties related to talent acquisition within the Infusion Center division. This includes, but is not limited to, working with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, sourcing and contacting candidates, participating in on-site interviews, and following up as appropriate.

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Healthcare experience required.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organization skills.
• Competent at partner programs (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Effective written and oral communication skills.
• Familiarity with UltiPro/UKG Pro preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with Talent Team and hiring managers to identify staffing needs following requisition approval.
• Review and send on resumes to appropriate hiring managers.
• Post open positions with job descriptions to Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
• Source and recruit candidates using a variety of outlets, such as job postings and social media; send resumes to hiring managers.
• Complete initial phone screening of prospective candidates.
• Schedule interviews for candidates, providing a confirmation email that includes any information for the candidate and an employment application.
• Greet candidates and provide an overview of Paragon Healthcare in the interview.
• Complete necessary paperwork within ATS.
• Maintains confidentiality of information.
• Understands and adheres to all external accreditation review standards, applicable state, local and Federal laws and/or regulations including maintaining patient confidentiality through abiding by HIPAA laws/regulations.
• Understands and adheres to all company policies and procedures.
• Maintains courteous demeanor at all times as well as establishes and maintains positive working relationships with internal and external customers as well as all company employees.
• Sets high goals or standards of performance for self.
• Takes initiative to present ideas/suggestions to management utilizing proactive problem solving approach.
• Displays a neat, clean, and professional appearance at all times.
• Utilizes appropriate communication lines in relaying problems, concerns, questions, and ideas.
• Performs other duties and projects as assigned.
