Customer Service

Paradigm Foodworks seeks a full-time Customer Service Team Member. This position is responsible for managing the needs of existing clients, including grocery business, manufacturing clients, and new inquiries. The role requires an organized, motivated individual that can manage their own time and take initiative to address client needs. This individual must be a positive, energetic teammate who is open to feedback and has a growth mindset.

The position works closely with the Office Manager and Marketing Manager to process customer order and address customer inquiries.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Answer phones and direct calls to appropriate departments and respond to customer requests in a timely manner
• Data Entry including orders, invoices, and credits with attention to detail
• Problem solving and organization abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work with team members to deliver excellent customer service
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite – Word, Excel, Outlook

Skills and Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role
• 1-2 years of office experience
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Results-oriented with strong analytical skills
• Understanding of CRM systems and best practices
• Proficient in Microsoft Office

Schedule:

· Monday to Friday: 8:00AM-5:00PM

· Weekend hours possible as needed by the business

This full-time, non-exempt position works out of Paradigm Foodworks building in Lake Oswego, Oregon.
