Position Summary:

With a focus on building strong relationships, we’re seeking an experienced, customer centric sales specialist to build a pipeline of business and nurture clients for long term success.

This highly autonomous role will see you responsible for developing business across a number of verticals, where success lays in securing introductory calls and scoping sessions with our technical team who will work collaboratively with you to scope, price and develop proposals that best fit the clients goals.

This highly flexible role will suit someone with a fearless, founders mentality, perhaps with an existing network of potential clients and the drive to uncover new opportunties. This role will see you grow personally and professionally in a supportive environment that will back you to be your best in the pursuit of achieving your goals.

Your Impact:

• Uncover and qualify new business opportunities through Phone, Email, LinkedIn and networking opportunities.
• Ensure a premium client experience with high levels of professionalism and timely & accurate follow up.
• Concierge the client experience from initial inbound/outbound outreach to scheduling scoping calls and providing ongoing relationship support post engagement.
• Take part in internal trade marketing campaign ideation & development of sales materials.
• Maintain and apply good hygiene to customer data in our CRM tool.
• sales results and strategic plans to the Director via weekly catchups.
• Stay current with new products and services, including capabilities, pricing, and cybersecurity industry trends.
• Exhibit high energy, a strong desire to achieve top results, and a dependable, positive “can-do” attitude, both over the phone and in person.
• Represent Parabellum to the highest standard at Industry and networking events.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 3 years Client Management/ Business Development experience.
• Confidence in communicating with internal stakeholders & client side leadership.
• A track record of achieving strongly against commercial targets.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in prioritisation and making well-informed decisions.
• Technical acumen in the IT/ Cybersecurity industry an advantage.
• Experience in responding to Government tenders an advantage.
