Join us in opening in Harbour Town DFO! We are on the hunt for a Store Manager (FTC) who thrive in a fast paced environment, and is up for a challenge! Our Store Managers are the face of our brand. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for creating connections with your customers, maximising sales opportunities and motivating your team!

Qualifications & experience

• Previous retail or customer service experience (Outlet experience is a bonus)
• Stock management experience

Tasks & responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional level of service to customers at all times. Our customers are our priority, and we always put them first.
• Present your store to a high standard at all times through effective visual merchandising. It is important that we merchandise our beautiful products to encourage sales.
• Attend training workshops as required to elevate your knowledge and skills. We love seeing our team grow and progress within their roles!
• Train and up-skill your team. It is the Store Manager’s responsibility to ensure their team is able to put their best foot forward at all times.
• Work towards KPIs to guide and drive your performance. We want to raise the bar and continue to elevate our growth and success!
